Building a Remote Workplace on Engagement, Learning, Recognition, and Community
Brandwoven cares about employee well-being and maintains a positive workplace with our dedicated Culture Committee. Our committee includes 3 passionate team members who work alongside our Director of People & Culture to chat through the interests of different employees, check on staff well-being, and help maintain a culture of mentorship. The committee aims to reinforce company core values, shout-out team members’ recent wins, and look for opportunities to team build. Some examples of past Culture Committee initiatives include themed virtual happy hours, escape rooms, and seasonal challenges that result in material prizes, sometimes of our clients’ products, for selected winners. We aim to foster continuous engagement and an environment where every employee feels welcome.
In addition to our ongoing Culture Committee initiatives, Brandwoven also hosts an annual on-site at the company headquarters in Portland, Oregon. Every year, the team is flown out, booked at a top local hotel, and gets to spend a few days in-office with one another. What is the typical work schedule like at Brandwoven?
Since our headquarters is based on the West coast, most of our team works Pacific hours. However, team members based in Eastern and Central time zones are welcome to work their typical 9-5 schedule, with prior manager approval. Typically, you can find someone available on our team between the hours of 7am and 5pm PT.
What is the typical interview process like at Brandwoven?
After an initial screening call, you will typically go through an additional 1-3 rounds of interviews and may be asked to share examples of previous work.
