Brandwoven’s proprietary sales analytics tool is called Scout, giving our brands and team access to hundreds of data points related to your business on Amazon. Scout’s design and capabilities are centered around flexibility and driving actionable decisions with data. Sales data updates daily and the application is accessible by both the Brandwoven team and our brand partners to keep everyone informed of the business.
Functionally, Scout shows all important metrics such as sales, buy box, sessions, conversions, and more. This information is then displayed on numerous charts so that changes to the business are easily seen and the KPIs driving change can be addressed by our team. Scout also allows product categories and sub-categories to be chosen by the brand, so our reporting can match yours. This also improves visibility to the business, especially for large catalogs, as all data can be seen at the total, category, or sub-category level.

We partner with the Pacvue platform for all reporting related to Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart marketing. This powerful platform gives us nearly unlimited dashboarding, research, and automation capabilities. As one of the most advanced marketing software packages for marketplace management, Pacvue is the gold standard in management functionality and data visualization. Using the software, we can easily report on the performance of marketing and dig way beyond ACoS or ROAS to see how marketing is impacting different audiences, keyword targets, and products. This level of fidelity allows our team to proactively manage marketing to achieve your goals, while quickly reacting to changes from competitors.
Using Pacvue also gives Brandwoven the ability to see what’s happening in the competitive landscape. We can chart share of voice, research top products by keyword, and dig into competitive positioning – which are core metrics when trying to capture market share. This ability allows us to think about the big picture goals of marketing on Amazon while tactically executing towards those goals every day.

Brandwoven partners with Streamline to allow for sophistication in inventory and demand planning for our partners. This tool allows us to combine our experienced team with advanced data analytics to stay on top of, and predict, demand. Whether a product is highly seasonal or a new product is ramping in volume, Streamline offers us the tools needed to manage even the largest, most complex catalogs like apparel or footwear.
Beyond demand planning, Streamline allows us to accurately plan inventory in FBA to stay in-stock while not wasting money in inventory storage or expensive return fees. Using data from multiple sources, we can predict prep time, shipping time, check-in time, targeted weeks on hand, safety stock, and forecasted demand to pinpoint injections and storage levels in FBA.

This allows us to report on thousands of data points with ultimate flexibility in the information we want, and how to use it. We are also on the forefront of data changes and new data-sets that become available, helping us to stay on the cutting edge of data availability and use.
Our access to data goes beyond the simple sales reports available, and includes multiple data sources pulled from Amazon reports, the Amazon Marketing Cloud, and more. This mass volume of data allows us to bring reports to the table that most can’t – like detailed repeat purchase behavior and path to purchase reports.
We are also unique in our willingness to share and partner with our brands to help improve the integration of transaction-level data for accounting and reporting. Do your brand partners get access to your technology tools?
In most cases, absolutely. Our tools are designed for interaction with our brand partners and each has a view access to see and interact with the data. We do our best to be transparent and collaborate with each of our partners.
Did you design your own tools?
In the case of our data visualization tool, called Scout, yes. In other cases, we partner with known and industry-leading platforms to provide exceptional data and technology-driven automation for our brands.
Why didn’t you develop all of your own tech?
For a few reasons: the first is that many of the tools we use were developed over years with millions of dollars invested. We feel they do an exceptional job and don’t feel any agency, regardless of size, can create tech to compete with their functionality and effectiveness.
The second is that we feel brands that move to an in-house team should be able to do so without disruption in the tools they are used to seeing and using. In an effort to be true partners, Brandwoven doesn’t gatekeep our technology, but rather wants to see long-term success for the brands we manage.
Does your technology cost extra?
No, the technology we use is built into nearly every agreement so that there are no upcharges or other surprise fees when working with us. Brandwoven provides a solution and knows the necessity of technology to support our work on marketplace.
What sort of competitor information do you have?
Most marketplaces don’t share data on sales by brand or product, but we can see through several of our tools the approximate sales and share of voice of competitor products. We use this data to guide our strategies and measure our successes.
