Vendor Central Management - FAQs

Do you have experience doing _____?

Short answer: we likely do. We’ve managed many, many brands in Vendor Central, selling millions of products and $100s of millions in merchandise, with decades of combined experience. While there is always something new to learn on Amazon, we’ve seen just about everything.

Can you help me get a price increase?

Short answer: likely. Price increases are dependent on many factors that differ for each marketplace – Amazon being one of the most challenging. We put our brands in the best position possible to capture price increase as needed and have successfully pushed increases through, even in challenging times. That said, we can’t guarantee it.

I don’t have a Vendor Manager – can you help?

It depends on your size. In many cases, despite having great relationships within Amazon, Vendor Managers are currently not managing businesses of less than $5M, and in some GLs, as much as $20M. What we can do is offer solutions to be successful on Amazon or other marketplaces with or without a Vendor Manager, including offering solutions for Seller Central in select cases.

I’m looking for someone who has great relationships within Amazon and Walmart.com. Is that Brandwoven?

Yes, we have connections within Amazon that help us every day. That said, turnover is frequent and we often encourage brands not to hire an agency based on relationships. Amazon, Walmart, and Target are algorithmically-driven programs first and knowing how to operate within those programs is most important – even beyond relationships.

Why am I not getting orders?

This is the sort of question we see every day. Truth is, it could be 100 different things and that’s why you need a team of people to help. At Brandwoven, we are problem-solvers by nature and have an active, engaged, U.S. based team to act as the hands and feet of your business every day.

My product is suppressed. Can you help?

Absolutely. Product suppressions are just one of the many types of tasks we proactively take on for our clients. In most cases, suppressed products are back live before most people even know they were down. We also focus on root cause analysis to fix any potential issues permanently.
