Our Structure

Behind each partner managed by Brandwoven is a robust team of experts with deep specialization in each area of marketplace management.

Client Success Manager

The quarterback of all that happens, our Client Success Managers are the primary point of contact for each of our partners. Acting as the central point of contact for all our service teams, the CSM is accountable for the overall success and strategy for the account. The CSM is also hands-on, constantly shopping the digital shelf, monitoring promotions, and solving complex problems within the Amazon, Walmart, or Target portal.

Each CSM is a marketplace expert with years of experience working within Amazon and other platforms. Under the direction of our account directors and the entire leadership team, the CSM drives brand strategy forward and assures execution is seamless within Brandwoven while also maintaining constant communication with our partners.

Catalog Coordinator

Depending on the size of the catalog and needs of the brand, each Brandwoven partner has at least 1, and up to 3, Catalog Coordinators to maintain catalog integrity and push necessary changes. The role of the CC is varied and complex, completing everything from catalog audits and image uploads, to fixing andon cords or addressing compliance needs within the marketplace portals.

Our CC’s are experienced and highly valued members of the team. They are the hands and feet that make everything click, and the eyes that are in each account every day assuring the business is running smoothly. Many of our partners require dedicated catalog resources, which can be one or more full-time personnel working on a single brand.

Logistics Manager

A Logistics Manager supports each partner managed by Brandwoven with the daunting task of managing forecasting, inventory planning, and injections for FBA partners. The Logistics Manager carries the heavy burden of making sure product is in-stock and at healthy levels. Our logistics team provides each Seller Central account a monthly forecast with 12-month rolling demand, and reviews all goals for safety stock routinely.

Supported by a shipping coordinator, each partner has extensive logistical support from Brandwoven. Our logistics team creates and tracks FBA shipments, assuring the seamless transition of product from your dock into FBA warehouses.

With years of marketplace experience, thousands of inbound shipments managed, and many millions of units sold, the Brandwoven logistics team not only lightens the load for our partners’ logistics teams, but has the know-how necessary to work through the constant evolution of marketplace operations.

Frequently Asked Questions about Brandwoven

How many brands does a CSM manage?

We have one of the lowest staff to client ratios in the industry on purpose: to assure our team has the time needed to make an impact on your business. For that reason, our CSMs work on 1-6 brands at a time. The number of brands depends on the size and complexity of the business. Most of the time, your CSM won’t have more than 4 partners at any time.

You mentioned “dedicated resources.” What does that mean?

The Brandwoven team working on each account scales depending on the needs of that client. Sometimes, large or complex brands require employees that are 100% committed to the brand. This isn’t something our partners pay extra for – it’s just part of our service offering and shows our commitment to the brands who trust us.

Do I have to hire the whole team? What if I only need some services?

We can certainly scale our services dependent on the needs of the brand. At times, marketing may not be necessary or logistics may be handled internally. In those situations, it’s easy for us to scope an agreement to the specific needs of the client.

Do I only get to talk to one person at Brandwoven?

Not necessarily – we have found from our experience and time working on the brand side that one point of contact results in the best communication and most cohesive execution. That said, Brandwoven CSMs bring in experts in various areas of the business as needed. For example, the Marketing Manager is likely to join a call to deep dive marketing, or a Creative Strategist might join to assure our creative projects are consistent with a brand’s expectations.
