What does your in-house team do?
Our creative team can use your product and lifestyle photography, along with your brand guidelines, to create listing images, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertising content that is designed specifically for Amazon, Walmart, and/or Target.
Do you take photos and create videos?
We dont take product photos, but are happy to refer you to our great partners. Truth is, 99% of the brands we work with have awesome product and lifestyle photos that we can use to build content and infographics. The same goes for videos, however we’ve been able to repurpose some client images and other assets into videos for marketplace ad creative.
Do you offer creative services outside of just marketplace?
All our creative services are marketplace specific, but many of our brands have utilized the content for other channels, including ecommerce sellers or even D2C. What we design for marketplace has the same impact across many online platforms.
How do you track the effectiveness of your content and copy?
There are a number of ways we will track efficacy. The first and easiest is through A/B experimentation on marketplace. From there, we use a number of methods like conversion rate, click-through-rate, sales rank, and sales volume. The digital merchandising process is iterative, so even with positive results, we are always open to improvements.
How long does new digital merchandising take to create and implement?
It really depends. Some of the largest catalogs we do can take over 9 months to overhaul, if there are several thousand SKUs. For catalogs that are 50-100 SKUs, the process usually takes 2-6 months. But even after a catalog overhaul, we are never finished; we always look for the competitive edge to represent the brand better and drive more sales.
