Brandwoven's international solutions helps brands scale throughout North America, Europe, and beyond

I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to work with a partner who’s default position is “yes”. As an example, we had no experience how to expand our Amazon relationship internationally, but after discussions with Brandwoven, they were prepared to take on this additional work, despite it amounting to a doubling (or tripling) of the amount of work required to maintain our catalog, advertising and promotions. At a very reasonable cost I might add, but don’t tell them I said that…

International Expansion

The U.S. market accounts for approximately 69% of Amazon sales, leaving a massive 31% share to international markets. Brandwoven’s solutions for international expansion tap into the over 30% market share that many brands are missing. The U.S. market is the tip of the iceberg for ecommerce marketplace sales and international markets provide real incremental revenue potential. Brandwoven’s solutions for international expansion focus on bringing ROI for our partners while accessing over 14 countries worldwide.

Vendor Central

As the U.S. market has matured, brands are looking for consistent growth on Amazon and other marketplaces. For many Vendor Central clients, the EU, Mexico, Japan, and other international markets provide significant opportunity. Our experience working with vendor managers across the globe, and knowledge of the many options to fulfill and manage catalogs in international markets, allows us to find and capitalize on these growth opportunities. Compliance, pricing, currency, and language translation are just a few of the areas where we can help to capitalize on your Amazon investment globally.

Seller Central

Seller Central has unique challenges for international expansion, including knowledge of local import restrictions, tariffs, and requirements surrounding local banking and even local offices. Brandwoven can support and guide you through choosing which international markets create the most opportunity. We have a partnership network to assist with export and import requirements worldwide.

Working with the team at Brandwoven was a game-changer for my e-Comm Amazon business. Their expert guidance and strategic insights from the initial launch through continuous improvements significantly boosted our sales and streamlined operations. Brandwoven knew how to educate my team in meaningful areas so we could move faster and be more effective. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated business partners that are easy to work with. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to elevate their Amazon business.

Partnering with Brands to Deliver Global Sales Growth

North American Expansion

The easiest and most straightforward international market to expand into exists right in North America. Brandwoven can help unlock sales channels in Canada and Mexico, which combined represent approximately 12% of U.S. sales.

EU Expansion

For many, the EU represents the largest and most impactful market - yet it is one of the most complex due to challenges like translations, import regulations, and the sheer volume of marketplaces that need individual attention. Brandwoven can build out and execute a successful EU expansion program for Vendor Central and Seller Central brands.

Other Markets

Outside North America and the EU, Amazon participates in Japan, Australia, UAE, and more marketplaces. Brandwoven can help evaluate which markets make sense for your brand, and drive business in those areas.

Seller Central

Notoriously more challenging than Vendor Central, Seller Central international expansion can come with many roadblocks and requires significant effort. Rely on our years of experience to help guide where, and how, to expand internationally.

Brandwoven currently manages brands in all of North America and the EU, in addition to Australia, Japan, and the UAE.

Will international expansion be a lot of work for my brand?

In short – it depends. Often, there are ways to test the waters with very little effort so that the opportunity can be evaluated without significant investment. But going all-in internationally is generally a similar amount of effort in the U.S. as each individual market. While there is a tremendous overlap in these efforts, plus automation and AI tools to help, international expansion is not a “set it and forget it” endeavor.

Is there really an opportunity for my brand internationally?

Most likely, yes. 69% of Amazon’s sales come from the U.S., leaving a massive 31% of the market in other locations worldwide.

What is the biggest market outside of the U.S.?

The EU remains, by far, the biggest international opportunity for most – with Germany and the U.K. being some of the larger markets.
