How do you use A+ Content alt index text?

When launching new A+ Content or A+ Premium, we do a full SEO analysis to ensure we capture all of the most relevant search terms in titles and bullets. We then use backend keywords and the A+ modules to add additional keywords that we want to rank for but don’t want customer-facing. These often include misspellings of the top-searched keywords, Spanish and other non-English translations, and any other keyword variations.
