Who will work on my account?
Every client is assigned an Account Director for strategy and negotiations, a Client Success Manager as the day-to-day point of contact, and a Client Coordinator to maintain the backend of your account on marketplace. For clients that elect to have Brandwoven handle their marketing, a Marketing Manager will also join the team.
Can I do a VC and SC hybrid model?
Except in very specific situations, we don’t recommend it. Having VC and SC running at the same time often violates TOCs at Amazon which isn’t something we’d ever recommend.

When does this model work best?
For most brands, we encourage owning their store or having their own Vendor Central account. But for some, this isn’t practical – so we offer resale services. This is a service offered for those where the tax, sales, or accounting challenges of owning the Amazon account doesn’t work for their business.
What works better: coupons or Prime Exclusive Deals?
For Prime Day and other tentpole events, Amazon gives more visibility to Prime Exclusive Deals. We recommend brands participate with Prime Exclusive Deals if they can afford the minimum 20% discount and pricing meets their thresholds.
What do you consider a “large” catalog?
Generally speaking, any catalog over 500 SKUs requires a different approach. We routinely work with catalogs in excess of 3000 SKUs. The largest catalog we managed and loaded into Amazon was over 120k SKUs.
