Dedicated Operational Support

With 2m+ active sellers on Amazon and 150k+ on Walmart, operational support from marketplace staff is limited. At Brandwoven, we simplify the complex logistics, catalog, and financial processes while matching your urgency to grow quickly in this competitive marketplace landscape.

Mastering Marketplace Logistics

Amazon's operational support tools are often generic and unreliable. Brandwoven tailors our support to your business needs, considering internal resources, profitability, historical sales, sourcing/availability, seasonality, promotions, retail readiness, and current supply chain management.

Maximize Profits

With the constant roll out of new selling fees and financial reconciliation reports, it can feel nearly impossible to close the books each month. It's extremely important to keep a close eye on profit margins. Brandwoven provides clarity on the nuances of Amazon's reporting, detailed cost walks, and revenue recovery opportunities.

Marketplace Expansion

Mastering and managing a single marketplace as a brand or manufacturer is a challenge in itself, let alone navigating new product or marketplace expansions. Brandwoven provides timely advice on operational requirements to facilitate that growth.

Operational Support Tailored to Each Area of Your Business

We understand each area of your business - such as the warehouse, accountants, C-Suite, and product managers - all have different goals and needs when it comes to navigating marketplace operations. The Brandwoven team tailors the necessary content, delivery, and level of detail to each department, ensuring your team feels supported and confident to manage their area of the business.

Logistics & Shipping Support

Beyond our standard inventory and shipping support, we provide additional operational support when Amazon or Walmart puts a wrench in the ideal strategic inventory plan. Whether you’re attempting to ship your products with UPCs instead of Amazon labels, integrating your ERP system with your online marketplace, attempting to sell products internationally, or coordinating carrier pick-up windows, Brandwoven is experienced in finding quick resolutions to blockers and communicating with brands and LTL Carriers to resolve any hiccups, ensuring efficient deliveries.

Our team also supports the set-up of multi-channel fulfillment to support your website sales by using Amazon’s FBA inventory and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD), which is a low-cost bulk storage solution for inventory that distributes to Amazon and other channels. We also help brands participate in specialized programs like Transparency, ensuring your supply chain is controlled and your customers receive authentic products. With our operational support, you can focus on scaling your business while we handle the logistical challenges.

Financial Support

Managing the financial operations of an ecommerce business can be complex, but our team is here to simplify it. In addition to in-depth profitability analyses aimed at providing strategic direction on which products to sell and optimize margins on, we also provide custom and detailed financial reporting for 3P brands on professional selling plans that give a much more detailed summary of both account and SKU level sales, credits, and fees. We have even been told that our reporting is significantly better than the brand’s existing reports they are using and often pivot to only using ours to help close the books each month.

Our partners each have a preferred date to receive financial reports and we aim to provide the reports once Amazon’s reporting has caught up and closed out the month. However, we are always open to provide it earlier with the communication of what would need to happen to sure up the final adjustments at the end of the month.

Although Amazon Vendor Central doesn’t provide as detailed sales data in real-time as Seller Central does, we support our brands’ logistics teams with order processing guidance, PO invoicing questions, and frequent updates to inventory availability, taking your ATS reports and updating Amazon’s availability to ensure Amazon has the most up-to-date information about your active products. Whether you’re scaling operations or seeking more transparency in financial workflows, our services are designed to give you the operational clarity and confidence you need to succeed.

Catalog Operational Support

Your ecommerce product catalog is the foundation of your online marketplace presence. We provide expert support to optimize and manage it effectively. In order to do that, we consult on which products to list and why, whether there are opportunities for new products on Amazon or Walmart (such as manufacturer bundles or marketplace-specific offers), and – if the timing and opportunity is right – we offer operational support in international expansion with the nuances of catalog set-up and management for each market in mind.

Reseller management is another critical aspect of maintaining a strong catalog presence. We help you implement and enforce reseller policies, protecting your brand from unauthorized sellers and price erosion. By monitoring and addressing these challenges proactively through recurring reporting and weekly connects, we ensure your catalog remains consistent, competitive, and aligned with your brand’s values and pricing policies.

From expanding your product lines to enforcing brand standards, our catalog operations support is tailored to your business to drive growth and protect your brand’s reputation on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and any other marketplaces you are actively selling on. With our expertise, you can confidently scale your catalog and focus on delivering exceptional products to your customers.

Can you help us connect our ERP system to Amazon?

We have a team of creative troubleshooters that are always available to help navigate all of the challenges connected to effective and efficient marketplace management. The Amazon connection is usually pretty straightforward, though sometimes issues arise where ERP systems are automatically converting listings to FBM, or the SKU is different in your ERP than on Amazon, and those are unique challenges we’ve encountered many times and would gladly help navigate for you.

We need help understanding the packaging and labelling requirements for Amazon. Can you help with that?

Of course! We have a shipping and logistics team available to answer questions and connect directly with your operations team to discuss capabilities and options available to you – whether it be in-house QR codes for case labels, adding FNSKU’s directly to your product packaging, or labelling for cases and pallets.
