One year ago, our agency (formerly “Run AMZ”) transformed into Brandwoven. We announced this change in November 2024 and are happy to celebrate our first year as Brandwoven!
Why Did We Rebrand?
I’m often asked why we rebranded, and the reality is that by 2024, the name Run AMZ didn’t reflect the services we offered nor the partnership and care we show our brand partners. Since our founding in 2016, Brandwoven has matured, expanding from Amazon management of Seller Central accounts, to a full-service marketplace management agency for Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com and more. We partner with premium brands and work to go beyond mere services but act as true stewards of the brands who trust us. As we looked forward to the changing landscape of our space, we wanted to assure our name and brand reflected the work we do, and the way we do it. Hence, Brandwoven was born.
What Does Brandwoven Stand For?
Brandwoven is more than a name; it’s synonymous with the way we approach our work. As a team, we’ve always focused on what’s best for our clients and consider their needs well beyond the marketplaces we manage. Each brand we work with has unique challenges, needs, and goals. Our objective is to be an extension of their teams, interlacing the best in marketplace management and the vision of the brands we manage. While our mission and values haven’t changed, our name can more accurately reflect what our company is doing day in and day out.
Our Core Values:
- Humility: We serve with humility, embrace learning and growth, and put our clients first.
- Genuine: We take our responsibilities seriously and strive for collective success with sincerity and dedication.
- Honest Communication: We value honesty and integrity in all interactions with our team and clients.
- Meticulous: We’re meticulous, measuring success by our results and valuing the process we follow to achieve it.
- Relentless: We pursue improvement, always challenging the status quo, and strive for excellence daily.
- Relationships: We invest in trust and understanding, and value relationships with our team and clients as the foundation of success.
Our Approach: Custom Strategies, True Partnership

Our Approach: Custom Strategies, True Partnership
When we rebranded last year, it wasn’t about changing who we are but about finally showing it. Our custom, brand-first approach to marketplace management has always been our foundation. The rebrand was simply a glow-up: what we’ve been doing all along now matches how we present ourselves to the world.
Our approach centers on one core belief: there’s no one-size-fits-all in marketplace management. Every brand is unique, and cookie-cutter solutions don’t work. That’s why we’ve built our business around customized strategies that adapt to each partner’s specific needs. From catalog management to performance marketing, logistics to creative, we bring together specialized experts who work collectively toward your goals, all coordinated through a main point of contact.
This management structure is what sets us apart. Each brand works with a dedicated Client Success Manager who acts as the quarterback for all services, supported by a full team of specialists: Catalog Coordinators maintaining daily catalog integrity, Logistics Managers handling forecasting and inventory, Marketing Managers stewarding ad spend, and Creative Strategists bringing your brand to life on the digital shelf. With one of the lowest staff-to-client ratios in the industry, our team has the bandwidth to truly make an impact on your business.
What makes this approach even more powerful is our team’s background in deep marketplace expertise. Our team has a combination of marketplace knowledge and brand-side experience, averaging over 4 years of marketplace experience with our leadership team averaging more than 10 years of brand-side experience. This combination is a cornerstone of our client-first approach and allows our agency to start fast and be better consultants.
Our company has always believed in true partnership, committing for the long haul and delivering value daily. We’ve proven this with an average client tenure that is nearly 3x the industry average.
Proprietary Technology and Focus on Data

Proprietary Technology and Focus on Data
Brandwoven uses tools required for advanced marketplace strategies, setting us apart from agencies with limited resources available for client reporting. We have developed our own advanced technology and proprietary software called Scout that we use to drive meaningful decision-making and results in marketing, sales, and logistics. This includes leveraging customizable data visualization, AI, and machine learning to drive consumer behavior and operational efficiency.
We focus heavily on actionable insights; not just what the data is, but what it means and what to do about it. Brandwoven clients have access to our proprietary data dashboards, making it easy to view KPIs whenever they want or period-over-period data over long periods of time.
Our team proudly uses data to solve complex operational challenges for brands at different levels, including those with very large catalogs of thousands of SKUs (like apparel brands). Combine this with sophisticated logistics and forecasting simplifies FBA or WFS and reduces client workload.
The custom approach that Brandwoven takes has really been the most valuable part of our partnership. Brandwoven did not try to sell us a cookie cutter solution, but instead built a custom solution built around our unique business needs. And even when those needs change Brandwoven has not wavered in delivering a solution that is right for us.

How We Navigated Marketplace Uncertainty in 2025

How We Navigated Marketplace Uncertainty in 2025
Realistically, 2025 was a tough year in marketplace management for brands battling tariffs, Amazon changes, and lagging consumer spending:
- Uncertainties surrounding tariffs
- Elevated Costs of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Lagging consumer spending and heightened price sensitivity, leading to a reduction in Average Selling Price (ASP)
- Evolving Amazon platform with introduction of AI tools
- Many Vendor Central (1P) brands exploring transitions to Seller Central (3P) for increased profitability driven by margin erosion and Amazon’s unwillingness to negotiate on pricing
In volatile conditions like these, how an agency responds matters. At Brandwoven, our custom approach and brand-first strategy allowed us to help clients adapt quickly by adjusting tactics, finding efficiencies, and staying focused on sustainable growth rather than chasing short-term fixes. Whether working with emerging brands establishing their presence or already established premium brands defending market share, our priority remained the same: consistent, strategic partnership.
Client service remains our top priority, and it shows. Many of our partners have been with us for years: our average client retention is almost four years, nearly 3x the industry average. That longevity isn’t accidental, but the result of staying committed to our clients’ growth even when the marketplace is unpredictable, adapting our strategies as conditions change, and being the kind of partner that brands can count on for the long haul.
