Abigail Patrick brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her role as Catalog Manager at Brandwoven. Her journey began as a competitive volleyball player in Canada where she won three national titles with the Thunderbirds at the University of British Columbia, and competed in the 2015 FISU Universiade Games in South Korea. After an injury ended her professional athletic career overseas, she pivoted her sights and competitive drive into the ecommerce industry where she has spent the past 7 years at Brandwoven.
Abigail’s career in the U.S. began as a temp admin at Brandwoven’s sister company, GRAYBOX. She quickly got recruited by Brandwoven and moved up the ranks from a Lead Account Coordinator to a Client Success Manager, and later to Operations Manager. Her diverse roles and unmatched curiosity have equipped her with extensive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Walmart Seller Center. This comprehensive understanding of both the company’s operations and Amazon’s operations enables her to consult at a high level across a wide variety of services: catalog management, digital merchandising and content strategy, logistics, operations, marketing, and accounting.
The very thing that makes Brandwoven stand out above the rest is what Abigail loves about working at Brandwoven: the client-centered approach and tailored services that Brandwoven prides itself on. This provides a constant feed of new challenges for Abigail to dig her teeth into. The rapid pace at which things are changing within the world of Amazon and Walmart keep things novel and exciting. Abigail is driven by a growth mindset – both personally and professionally – and loves knowing that there is always room for optimization and work to be done. She holds the team to a very high standard of excellence and expects them to hold her to that same standard, so that the team can execute on shared goals and win together.
As a former athlete, I thrive on the challenge of pushing myself and my team to achieve greatness. At Brandwoven, I get to do this every day, and it's incredibly rewarding to see our collective efforts lead to success.
