Kristin brings over 20 years of experience in agency environments and more than 15 years in project and account management to her role as Director of People and Culture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton and will complete an MBA with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Oregon State University in June 2025.
Kristin is a SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional, and leads Brandwoven’s efforts in developing processes and growth strategies centered around its people. She collaborates with senior leadership to enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and growth while overseeing the company’s recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and performance management processes. With experience managing teams across both agency and client-side operations, Kristin ensures that employee happiness, inclusion, and purpose remain at the heart of Brandwoven’s mission.
When her laptop is closed, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue pup, renovating their home, hiking, traveling, gardening, camping, drinking beer and doing yoga (sometimes at the same time) around the PNW.
