How can your services help us manage our inventory more effectively to avoid being out-of-stock or overstocked?
We have a dedicated part of our team focused solely on your operational performance and logistics. We don’t trust Amazon to consider all the specific nuances of your products, seasonality, and operations that are required to come up with a customized forecast and execution plan. We meet upfront to get to know as much as we can about your products, supply chain, warehouse operations, existing inventory, sales history, sales goals, and % of buy box ownership per your category and product. We then use this data to make an initial 12-month forecast recommendation. From there, we kick-off a conversation to walk you through it and make sure we are aligned. You will have access to our proprietary sales dashboard to help identify early sales trends in case we need to make a quick pivot on the forecast. You also get access to a dedicated team assigned to your account to track other daily account and listing performance metrics in case there are impacts to our forecasted sales for the particular time period. We are also on standby to put new strategies in place to increase sales in other areas, making up for a loss of sales when Amazon implements ridiculous new product requirements that suppress your listings temporarily (as the platform likes to do).
